Eric Guénard is the founder of GeniSII, a passionated canadian business man who has a proven track record of success in optimizing business efficiency and performance supported by the continuous improvement philosophy. When it comes to helping manufacturing companies, he empowers all business processes and turn them into word-class operations.

18+ years of executive leadership have made him develop manufacturing process improvement for companies such as Dart Aerospace and Bombardier through the execution of effective strategies, implementing best practices and mobilizing multidisplinary teams to drive performance and deliver results.

Fluent in French, English and Spanish, he has the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with a variety of international companies, supporting them in analyzing, trouble-shooting and optimizing their manufacturing processes so that they can focus on what they do best—business strategy.
